13.1 You can pay with any MasterCard or Visa card or with Switch, Maestro (only nationally), Solo, Delta or Electron. We do not accept credit card payments as part of a credit agreement. Your credit/debit cards are encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure. All payments will be made in sterling. If the amount payable or payment dates change, we will charge you 10 days before your account is deposited, as well as elsewhere. 15.1 If you have a club card, you can earn clubcard points from your monthly membership. To earn points, you must register your clubcard in your Pay Monthly account. Clubcard points are awarded based on your total bill amount (your monthly subscription, plus all packages you purchased, charges on your bill and payments due as part of your Handset credit contract (if any). Edition with Tesco will also accumulate Clubcard points, as is the case for compensations in Tesco stores, in 4444 or online at tescomobile.com.
No clubcard points are awarded for the obligation with other methods. B for example non-Tesco branches or refundable deposits. Payments for mobile phones at the point of sale are awarded with one point for every dollar spent. Your points will be awarded to your Clubcard account after receiving payment for each invoice. It can take up to 72 hours for your points bill to be displayed on your Clubcard account. If you terminate your contract during the cooling-off period, we will also withdraw Clubcard points from your Clubcard account for each amount refunded. 17.7 This service contract is governed by English law. We will try to resolve differences of opinion quickly and effectively.
If you are not satisfied with the way we deal with differences of opinion and you want to go to court, you have to do so in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. If your credit contract is longer than 24 months, your ETC is limited to the duration of your minimum contract for a term of your contract, which will never be longer than 24 months. In summary: 9.3 We will do our best, to provide you tesco Mobile Pay monthly service and any additional services you want (z.B with your phone abroad) or if you advise to change your monthly service to Tesco Mobile Pay (z.B to prohibit calls) until any date we have agreed with you, but our ability to do so may be affected by circumstances outside our control. 3.8 If you bought your mobile phone through a credit contract, your cooling-off period will be set in your credit contract. Paragraphs 3.4 to 3.6 remain valid for you. 5.4 We can terminate your service contract at any time by sending you an email and providing you with a 30-day delay.
