Facts: The client engaged the lawyer on his own behalf and on behalf of the business owner as an appeal consultant. The parties signed a written letter of undertaking written by the lawyer, which contained a description of the services to be provided as well as the price of that particular case. The agreement states that the normal price charged by the lawyer is $300 per hour, but in this case will be $200 per hour. The lawyer`s signature appears at the end of the letter and underneath the signature is the statement: « Your signature below indicates acceptance of the terms of this fee agreement. » The parties subsequently agreed to change the amount of the withholding from $10,000 to $5,000.
